Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

Contact us at donghukstock@gmail.com before sending an item. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For a return caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ironsread will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items are eligible for return unless they were clearly marked as final sale before purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a separate order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact donghukstock@gmail.com.
