Shipping policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
IRONSREAD primarily serves customers in the United States. Any additional destinations available for an order will be shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or other periods of unusually high demand.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After processing, delivery within the United States generally takes 5–8 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 9–14 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a carrier receives the package.

DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can review the shipment and help determine the next step.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be emailed to donghukstock@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order and before processing or fulfillment begins. Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled; however, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
