Shipping Destinations

Ironsread primarily ships within the United States. Additional destinations may be available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after processing. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 7–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or address problems can cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. If tracking does not update for an extended period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to donghukstock@gmail.com. We do not charge a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Once shipped, the order may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
